Shipping policy

Shipping is only available within Canada. Order processing times are separate from shipping times you see in the checkout.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety policies and postal service delays outside our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Orders are shipped from Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.

Shipping options for WATCH BANDS are as follows:

Option 1: Free Standard Shipping on Watch Bands only. We offer watch bands orders with free shipping via Canada Post Lettermail (with no tracking available). Estimated delivery to be within 2-9 business days.

Option 2: Standard Shipping with Tracking for $12.99. We offer this tracked option via UPS. Estimated delivery to be within 2-9 business days.

Option 3: Free Standard Shipping with tracking on orders over $100. We offer this tracked option via UPS. Estimated delivery to be within 2-9 business days.

Option 4: Expedited Shipping (Ontario only) for $12.99. Estimated delivery to be within 1-2 business days.

 

Shipping Options for Milon ELITE products are as follows:

Option 1: Standard Shipping with Tracking for $12.99. We offer this tracked option via UPS. Estimated delivery to be within 2-9 business days.

Option 2: Expedited Shipping (Ontario only) for $12.99. Estimated delivery to be within 1-2 business days.

 

Estimated shipping times and delivery standards may vary depending on the area, city, and carrier services. See below for an estimate for each territory.

Items other than watch bands are do not qualify for Free Standard Shipping Option.

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at any Fast Time Location (see list of locations here). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 7 to 10 business days. We will contact you via phone call or email (fasttimesupport@fewltd.com) with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day your order arrives and following instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours depend on each store’s business hours (see stores business hours here). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number, if applicable, you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7-14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at fasttimesupport@fewltd.com  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
