Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We accept refunds, returns, or exchanges up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
You can return or exchange your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy: Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging, with no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email us at email@example.com
- Print the refund email. Fast Time will make a refund purchase order.
- Ship back the item to Fast Time at 120 Newkirk Rd. Unit #6, Richmond Hill, Ontario (L4C 9S7)
- An exchange/credit or refund will be processed once the item is received in re-sellable condition.
1. How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit?
About 3 to 5 business days. Allow delays.
2. Are there any shipping fees the customer will need to pay?
Yes, for returns, exchanges, or refunds, the customer is responsible to ship the product back.
